RMI score = range of malignancy score

Anna Koch
26 May, 2021

Risk of Malignancy Index (RMI) is widely studied for prediction of malignant pelvic masses in Western population.
The RMI is a product of the ultrasound scan score, the menopausal status and the serum CA125 level (IU/ml).

The score calculates 5 ultrasound variables
RMI = RMI: = ({var ultrasound 1}+{var ultrasound 2}+{var ultrasound 3}+{var ultrasound 4}+{var ultrasound 5}) x echo x {postmeno} x {CA125}

Fields used in calculation
